Just when Tyler believes her life can't get any more complicated, she falls in love with Andre Jackson. He has it all--money, fame, movie star looks, and the bad boy reputation that Tyler vowed to stay away from. Author Q&A

1. What do you like to do in your free time?
In my free time I LOVE being with my five-year-old son. He is so entertaining and full of life and that brings me nothing but joy.

2. What kind of music do you like to listen to? Why?
Right now I have B-Day by Beyonce, Back to Basics by Christina Aguilera and Danity Kane in my CD player. I love all three discs. I'm also a huge hip hop fan with Jay-Z being my absolute favorite, but T.I. is a close runner up…He's my unofficial baby daddy.(Lol)

3. What's your all time favorite movie? Why?
I actually have three. I love Gone With the Wind because I could so relate to Scarlett O'Hara’s buck wild self. She stayed in some drama with a man. Then Indecent Proposal because Demi Moore was at her best in that movie and Robert Redford was captivating. So besides the movie being extremely sexy, it also taught you that if you find true love you should never gamble on it for money. Last, but definitely not least, Pretty Woman. I always root for the underdog, and to see a down-on-her-luck hooker with a heart of gold get swept off her feet by a handsome billionaire is what life is all about!

4. What's your all time favorite novel and/or writer? Why?
All of Jackie Collins books, hands down. Jackie Collins makes you feel as if you're right there living that life with her characters. The scandalous lives of the rich and beautiful make an intoxicating soap opera right in a book.

5. What do you like best about being a writer?
I love having control over a character’s destiny. It gives me the power to make someone as miserable or as happy as I like. After you create this journey, people read your story and either love you or hate you for it. Then you sit back and say, "Wow, why are people taking this stuff so seriously?" Then you smile because that means you wrote something that struck a cord, and for me that's what being a writer is all about.
