1. What do you like to do in your free time?
I love hanging out with my family. But if I find myself alone, I indulge in art, be it music, photography, painting or any other type.

2. What kind of music do you like to listen to? Why?
I've been told I have pretty eclectic taste in music. I recently went through a world beat phase, but I listen to anything from Nine Inch Nails to Sade.

3. What's your all time favorite movie? Why?
Picking one is tough! Waiting to Exhale is definitely a favorite. Hero was also another excellent movie, but for different reasons. Argh, too many to pick from! Why do I like them? Because their magic captivates me, and there are times in my life when those scenes fondly replay in my mind.

4. What's your all time favorite novel and/or writer? Why?
I love books so much. This is a truly tough question. To Kill a Mockingbird is probably the first book that I remember loving and has consistently stayed on my "favorites" list. It's a classic.

5. What do you like best about being a writer? 
Half the fun is creating the world of characters that pop into my mind. The other half is hearing from my fans and interacting with them.  They really feed my muse (as well as my ego!).
